Terms of Service

Enrolment gives you access to an online digital marketing training programme: recorded lessons, templates and resources, and access to the student community. The ADVANCE plan additionally includes the advanced training library and the live sessions described on the pricing section at the time you enrol.

Course content is improved over time. We may add, update or reorganise lessons. We will not remove substantial parts of what you paid for.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and are a one-time payment, not a subscription. Enrolment is confirmed once your bank, Easypaisa or JazzCash transfer has been verified. Until it is verified, your place is not confirmed.

Prices can change for new enrolments at any time. A price change never affects an enrolment you have already paid for.

Access is personal to you and lifetime for the programme you bought — meaning for as long as we operate the programme. Your login and the material behind it are not to be shared, resold, republished, screen-recorded for distribution, or used to build a competing course. Doing so ends your access without a refund.

Covered separately in our Refund Policy: a full refund within 48 hours of enrolment, no reason required.

This is education, not an income guarantee. We teach a method and give you the tools to apply it. We cannot and do not promise you will earn a particular amount, get hired, or land clients — those depend on your own effort, market and circumstances. See our Results Disclaimer.

The student community is moderated. Harassment, spam, scam promotion, selling to other students, and sharing pirated material all result in removal. Removal for conduct does not entitle you to a refund.

We provide the course as-is and do our best to keep it available and accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Pakistan.
